Weekend excess? Well it’s Monday and it’s time to take care of yourself so you can get to the next weekend and not roll and roll and roll.

I always insist on starting on Monday with detox or fast, so today I give you a guide for the whole week!

No excuses!

Follow this diet until you look good and / or lose the kilos gained during the weekend.

At all times: water or tea.
Accompanying food: a loaf of bread. The Rye cereal is the most purifying.

Lose weight during this Week: Express diet

Monday and Thursday:

  • Breakfast: green tea or tea with non-fat yogurt.
  • Mid-morning: a fruit.
  • Food: Vegetables cooked ham 2 slices of turkey. Cheese.
  • Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
  • Dinner: Baked trout fillet with green salad and red.

Tuesday and Friday:

  • Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt.
  • Mid-morning: a fruit.
  • Food: Spinach with prawns and 2 slices of ham.
  • Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
  • Dinner: soup julienne vegetables and grilled fish.

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt and fruit.
  • Mid-morning: a yogurt
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken or grilled with salad greens.
  • Snack: a fruit.
  • Dinner: Fish soup, salad and 2 vegetable fat yogurt.

Saturday

  • Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt.
  • Mid-morning: a fruit.
  • Lunch: grilled hake with a plate of steamed vegetables seasoned with garlic and a little crude oil.
  • Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
  • Dinner: Omelette with asparagus and roasted red pepper salad with tuna.

Sunday

  • Breakfast: green tea or tea with nonfat yogurt.
  • Mid-morning: a fruit.
  • Lunch: Scrambled eggs with ham and mushrooms with grilled beef.
  • Snack: a little cheese and a yogurt.
  • Dinner: A slice of grilled salmon with salad from the garden.
