Summer is here, and to enjoy  it, I want to give you 3 delicious detox baths inspired by the colors and flavors of summer. Pamper your skin and get carried away by the properties offers you nature.

A relaxing detox bath can be the perfect solution to cure stress and detoxify your body both physically and emotionally.

Sometimes they do not have enough time to devote ourselves, but these 20 minutes of quiet are crucial to maintaining the balance within our body.

Note that to make these detox baths, you should drink plenty of water before and after the bath to prevent dehydration and replace lost fluids.

Detox baths with sea salt

What better in summer than a little sea?

Sea salt has many minerals such as calcium, potassium, iodine and bromine are excellent for deep cleaning of pores in the skin.

For a smoother skin and reduce fluid retention, dissolve ½ cup of sea salt in the water. Soak for 10 minutes in warm water.

For this detox bath I recommend putting the sound of the ocean as background music, use incense or scented coconut candles too!

Detox bath with apple cider vinegar

One of my favorite ingredients in health!

Although apple cider vinegar has a strong odor, it has a huge number of benefits for our skin.

It is also excellent to fight infections, fungal skin and rosacea.

Use it by diluting 1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar in your bath. Reduce the strong smell with drops of essential oil of lavender.

Immerse yourself for 15 minutes in the warm emulsion.

Detox bath with ginger

Is it spicy? Certainly not, but ginger has incredible benefits for our immune system for its antibacterial and antiviral properties. It is also an excellent antioxidant for delaying the appearance of wrinkles on the skin.

This ginger detox bath contains 1 tablespoon powdered ginger water, and a dive of about 20 minutes.
