Enjoy a delicious tofu paté for dinner


  • 150 grams of tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of tamari (soy sauce)
  • water
  • sea ​​salt
  • Thyme and basil (to taste)


The preparation of this paté is very simple. You should just place the ingredients in the mixer simultaneously.

The amount of water and oil depends on how creamy you want the texture of it.

Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth.

Serve on bread or grain pancakes.
