Desde el antiguo Egipto se utilizaba la leche para el cuidado de la piel. Lo que los aquella época sabían los beneficios que esta tenía y hoy en día la ciencia ha dejado al descubierto los secretitos y las bondades que tiene. La leche contiene hidratos de carbono, grasas y proteínas que son excelentes para suavizar, humectar y nutrir la piel. Además tiene calcio, vitamina A,B y D.

El mejor secreto de la leche reside en su ácido láctico, que es un excelente exfoliante profundo y a la vez hidratante, estimula la producción de colágeno natural, posee bioproteínas que retienen la humedad y biotina que protege de las agresiones externas. Las lipoproteínas te dejan la piel suave como un bebé. Es por eso que hoy te comparto 3 recetas exfoliantes con leche y/o derivados de la misma:

Exfoliante de suero de leche y sal

Mezcla el suero de leche con la sal hasta tener una pasta (las cantidades son al ojo). Humedece el rostro y aplica con movimientos circulares. Deja reposar y lava con agua tibia. Este exfoliante es excelente para reducir poros abiertos.

Exfoliante de leche y avena

Mezcla bien 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo, media taza de avena molida y una cucharadita de maicena. Agrega agua poco a poco hasta formar una pasta. Deja reposar la mezcla por un minuto. Aplica la mezcla en el rostro y el cuello con un masaje circular. Lava con agua tibia. Esto funciona excelente para limpiar y suavizar la piel.

Exfoliante de yogurt y cereales

Mezcla en un bol una cucharadita de copos de avena con una cucharadita de yogurt y media cucharadita de sal de marina. Aplica sobre el rostro con suaves masajes circulares. Deja que actúe unos cinco minutos y retírala con agua tibia. Esta mascarilla funciona excelente para pieles sensibles o con irritaciones.

 

Colócate hidratante luego del exfoliante. Repite al menos una vez a la semana para ver resultados.


3 exfoliants with milk and dairy products

Milk and oats exfoliant

Mix well 2 tablespoons powdered milk, half a cup of ground oatmeal and a teaspoon of cornstarch. Add water gradually into a paste. Let the mixture sit for a minute. Apply the mixture on your face and neck with a circular massage. Rinse with water with warm water. This works great for cleaning and softening the skin.

Yogurt and cereals exfoliator

Mix in a bowl one teaspoon of oatmeal with one teaspoon of yogurt and half a teaspoon of sea salt. Applied to the face with gentle circular movements. Leave it on for five minutes and remove it with warm water. This mask works great for sensitive skin or irritation.

Put moisturizer after exfoliating. Repeat at least once a week to see results.
