Sugar and coffee exfoliant

To achieve a smooth, bright and smooth body must constantly exfoliate to remove dead cells and refresh the outermost layers of the skin. Natural products are excellent, economical and beneficial for this, is why today I recommend a homemade coffee scrub.

Apply the recipe to help circulation, reduce cellulite and renew the skin of the areas where sconces. I leave the steps below:

You’ll need:

  • 2 cups of ground coffee
  • ½ cup sugar (white or brown)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (olive or almond)

Preparation

Grab a glass container for mixing. Place it along the ground coffee to sugar and mix well both ingredients with a spoon. Both coffee and sugar are potent natural exfoliants, but keep in mind that if you use this homemade exfoliating scrub on your face, you will want to use fine grain sugar to avoid damaging your skin.

Once well mixed, slowly add the oil of your choice, either olive or almond. Both are ideal to moisturize and nourish the skin, so the choice is a matter of taste. Stir the mixture with a spoon until a paste and dry fairly thick.

Application

When you’re in the shower apply the scrub since the steam your pores are open and better penetrate the treated area. Apply it with a circular motion in the areas you want. Remove it with warm water shower and then apply a lotion or moisturizer.
