Green Goddess Light Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 g)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (6 g)
  • 2 spring onions (onion use all except the root)
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil (5 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (3g)
  • 2 dates soaked in hot water for 2 minutes
  • Half a teaspoon of ginger, peeled and grated (4g)
  • 3/4 cup of water (175 ml)

Preparation: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Almonds and turmeric balsamic dressing

Ingredients

  •  tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric

Preparation:  Add all ingredients in a bowl and beat until a smooth creamy texture.

Sweet basil dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce without gluten
  • ½ teaspoon of Celtic sea salt (or to taste)
  • stevia to taste (optional)

Preparation: Sólo tienes que añadir todos los ingredientes en una licuadora de alta velocidad y mezclar hasta que quede suave. Remueve la espuma con una cucharilla.
