3 Delicious light salad dressings
Green Goddess Light Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 g)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (6 g)
- 2 spring onions (onion use all except the root)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (5 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (3g)
- 2 dates soaked in hot water for 2 minutes
- Half a teaspoon of ginger, peeled and grated (4g)
- 3/4 cup of water (175 ml)
Preparation: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Almonds and turmeric balsamic dressing
Ingredients
- tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons of honey
- 1.5 tablespoons of almond butter
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of water
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric
Preparation: Add all ingredients in a bowl and beat until a smooth creamy texture.
Sweet basil dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh basil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup of coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of tamari sauce without gluten
- ½ teaspoon of Celtic sea salt (or to taste)
- stevia to taste (optional)
