Breakfast is the most important meal! You already knew it? Well you’re on the right track. Today I want to show you an easy fat burning breakfast recipe.

Why breakfast is the most important meal? Because it should be good enough to push your body and give you energy, nutrients and strength for the rest of the day.

The typical power breakfast preferred by nutritionists is oats. How many diets have you tried already?  I want to give you  an easy recipe that integrates delicious oatmeal with chia seeds.  First time I eat chia, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. My mom used to make lemonchia, and for a five year old kid, that was not a good choice. Later in life, I fell in love with Chia and its nutrition properties.

Try this breakfast at least 3 times a week and feel the change in your body:


1 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
4 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
2 cups water


Heat the water with cinnamon and vanilla in a pot. Wait a boil and then reduce heat.
Add oats and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover the pot and let stand 5 minutes.
Add the honey and salt, mix well.
Serve in a bowl and add chia seeds.

NOTE: You can combine this oatmeal with fruit of your choice.
