Monday is here and starting a new week is the ideal time to have an oat, orange, and carrot smoothie to cleanse our body.
Today I want to talk about oat, a product rich in fiber that you can include in your Detox Monday routine.
Oats are a source of protein, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fatty acids and provide high energy content. Also, provides a lot of minerals, including selenium, which acts as an antioxidant. Furthermore, fiber content can lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
Oat, orange and carrot smoothie to cleanse your organism
This smoothie to cleanse your body includes oatmeal, carrot and orange juice. I highly recommend it.
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of water
- 1 glass of natural orange juice
Preparation: Cut raw carrots and place them in a blender, add the oats, orange juice, and water. Blend and serve. Consume immediately!
You can drink this smoothie in the morning and it’s excellent against constipation. It also will cleanse our guts due to fibers in carrots and oats.
