¿Qué es la Flema? En el interior de tracto respiratorio existen unas células que segregan una sustancia mucosa constantemente, sirve para defender nuestro aparato respiratorio de agresiones, como polvo, sustancias en suspensión en el aire, frio, sequedad del ambiente, etc.

Se expulsa también de forma permanente a través de una células del propio tracto respiratorio que mueven esta mucosidad hacia la traquea y de ahí al esófago sin que nos demos cuenta.

En caso de fumadores (que han destruido sus células ciliares), de infecciones respiratorias como resfriados, neumonías, etc, esta secreción aumenta y da lugar a la “flema“, que se expulsa mediante el “esputo” que suele ser de color blanquecino, pero si está infectada por gérmenes es de color amarillento o verde, a veces al terminar un proceso catarral es grisáceo o tiene manchitas grises, es debido a células muertas del árbol bronquial que se expulsan de esta forma.

4 Remedios naturales para eliminar la flema:

1. Jugo de Limón: en medio vaso de agua, lo más caliente que puedas soportar, agregarle 3 cucharadas (cuchara sopera) de Jugo de limón. Darle un trago (sin pasar el líquido al estómago) y hacer gárgaras por 30 segundos. Escupir, así hasta que se termine la preparación.

2. Bicarbonato de sodio: En otro medio vaso de agua igual de caliente que el anterior, colocar tres cucharadas soperas de vinagre de manzana y hacer igualmente gárgaras por 30 segundos. El mismo procedimiento debes seguir con otro medio vaso de agua caliente con bicarbonato de sodio tres cucharadas.

3. Aguacate: toma un aguacate, rállalo y déjale caer agua hirviendo, lo endulzas con miel y lo tomas tibio. Por lo menos tres veces al día

4. Cebolla: otro remedio es cortar cebolla, le pones una cucharada de azucar, lo dejas toda la noche al fresco, y al día siguiente te tomas una cucharada del jarabe que se desprende.

Otros remedios incluyen la miel de ajo, así como el rábano y el vinagre (¡suena raro, pero es increíblemente efectiva!)

3. Avocado: Grate the avocado and let it fall into the boiling water, sweeten it with honey and take it warm. At least three times daily
