Cucumber Sangria to enjoy your weekend
- A 750 ml bottle of cold Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 2 small sliced lemons
- 2 cups of fresh green grapes cut in half
- ½ cup of smashed mint leaves
- 1 cup of cold white grape juice
- Carbonated water
In a large pitcher combine the wine, half cucumber, a lemon, a cup of grapes, mint and honey.
With a wooden spoon stir and press the solid ingredients lightly against the jar walls.
Cover it so the alcohol won’t escape, leave it overnight or for four hours before serving, do it with a slotted spoon so you won’t get large pieces of ingredients from the jar to the glass, add ice, grape juice, a slice of cucumber, lemon, grapes, fresh mint leaves and carbonated water, mix gently and serve immediately.
