  • 3 cups of diced zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8.8 ounces of pre-cooked brown rice
  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas wheat
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (fat)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of pico de gallo (onion, tomato and parsley)

Preparation of the vegetarian burritos
