Ingredients:

  • Natural oat flakes (found in any supermarket or herbalist) can be whole
  • Tool: Blender

Preparation:

Place all oat Flakes in blender and whisk until a consistency of fine sand. The idea is to mash down the oatmeal completely.

NOTE: Do it slowly, not to kick up dust while grinding up the oats.
