¿no?

Diet as something “not healthy”

Our concept of dieting is very diverse. How do we know one of the many ways to eat is correct? And why do we do this to control how we look to the world? Well, we should pause for a moment to consider whether our limitation to eat certain things and weight of the opinion of others makes us truly happy, because in the end the only thing we want is to live happy and healthy.

If your diet is becoming an obsession may sabotage your own health … Here I give you three signs that your “diet” has become “unhealthy”

1) Your diet is your religion

Diets have become trendy in recent years. In 2013 the Paleo Diet became the most sought through Google. Increasing vegetarians in the United States, as well as selling books about healthy eating shows.

I like to see the interest of people to worry about their health. But one thing is worrying, and keep a healthy lifestyle… and another is obsess over our eating habits. Radicalism is the worst mistake right now. Vegans don’t support those who eat meat, and vice versa. The truth is that neither is right and everyone is free to eat what they want … right?

2) You live your days waiting for cheating

If you spend a week waiting for a Saturday to eat greasy food that you could not eat all week you’re in trouble. Perhaps many disagree with this symptom, but the truth is that you are playing with your body mentally and physically.

After the pizza, hamburger, french fries or ice cream you ate tend to feel bad. Your body, wearing a week eating well, receiving a bomb of calories and fat which is not used. Likewise, coup. This makes out of control to try to solve the load we have just launched.

Eating well is about balancing your meals. Diets can not be thought of you based on these ‘missing’ food … but are adopting a lifestyle in which equilibrium is present and you give your body just what you need.

3) You think food dictates your life

How many times have you stopped going to restaurants because of the possibility that you can’t eat anything offered on the menu? Or just you have not wanted to go by the temptation of seeing other dishes you should not eat.

What we don’t fully understand is that diets are not deprivation. Dieting involves eating a certain way. Those who eat fat, burgers, chips are on a diet, a bad one, but a diet at the end.

You can’t let your “a diet” determine your life, your outlets, your relationships. Your way of eating should never be a problem, but an opportunity to be creative by following your own decisions. The food is to nourish and enjoy it (better if healthy).
