Pineapple diet? Bring it on for a delicious detox!

Pineapple is culturally known as diet fruit. It has many benefits such as diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties. Today I wanna share with you a 1-day diet to detoxify your body (three days top!).

Breakfast

  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple
  • 1 small fat free/sugar free yogurt
  • Green tea or black tea (you can add a splash of skim milk)

Lunch

  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 125 gr of grilled chicken
  • 1 small fat free/sugar free yogurt

Dinner

  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 small fat free/sugar free yogurt

To increase the effectiveness of this diet, drink pineapple water throughout the day (no sugar added!).

This detox diet is just to give an extra boost to your organism. It must be followed by a clean and healthy diet, it is recommended to consume enough fruit and water daily to keep you healthy and hydrated. (And of course exercise is always recommended!)
