Pineapple diet? Bring it on for a delicious detox!
Pineapple is culturally known as diet fruit. It has many benefits such as diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties. Today I wanna share with you a 1-day diet to detoxify your body (three days top!).
Breakfast
- 2 slices of fresh pineapple
- 1 small fat free/sugar free yogurt
- Green tea or black tea (you can add a splash of skim milk)
Lunch
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 125 gr of grilled chicken
- 1 small fat free/sugar free yogurt
Dinner
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 small fat free/sugar free yogurt
To increase the effectiveness of this diet, drink pineapple water throughout the day (no sugar added!).
